Autumn School

Registration

Registration is free of charge for students coming from TriRhenatech affiliated universities.

Registration deadline : 10th November 2023.

Technical requirements

For the autumn school, we will use Google Colab online. Participants can then bring their own computer (no GPU is required). If necessary, Desktop computers from the School could be used.

Wifi access will be provided.

Topic

In this one-day tutorial, we will explore the development in Python of time series analysis algorithms for the task of classification.

We will first investigate classical machine learning algorithms before assessing how deep learning-based algorithms can achieve the time series classification task.

All along the tutorial, we will particularly investigate a real-world use case of robotics time series by classifying time series data extracted from our mobile robot Smart UHA.
